1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. oat bran
2 scoops whey protein
1 heaping tablespoon of dried beet crystals
1 c. frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Water

1. Grind pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and oat bran in coffee grinder.
2. Add to other ingredients in blender. Combine & serve. Add more water as necessary. Serves 2.
