1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 bottles red wine
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
3/4 cup orange juice
2 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
2 green apples, cored and sliced thin
2 lemons, sliced into thin rounds

Directions:

In a microwavable glass measuring cup, boil water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved; cool. Combine all the ingredients in a large beverage dispenser. Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice.

This recipe for Sangria makes a large batch. You can cut the recipe in half, but every time I make it, there is never a problem with any leftover!
