2 pts. of Strawberries
1 c. Water
1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Corn starch
1 – 3 oz. Pkg. Of Cream cheese
1 baked pie shell (or graham cracker pie crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut Strawberries. Simmer 1 c. strawberries and 2/3 c. water for 3 min. Blend Sugar, Cornstarch, and 1/3 c. Water. Add to Boiling mixture and boil for 1 more min. stirring constantly. (should be really thick). Cool.
Spread cream cheese on pie crust. Put rest of berries in pie shell and then cover with the cooled sauce. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with Cool whip if desired.

This is good plain (without cream cheese). NOTE: You can make most any fruit pie this way (blueberry, raspberry, peach, etc.)
