1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup crushed ridged potato chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar; add vanilla, flour, potato chips, nuts and chocolate chips; mix well. Form into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Flatten with fork or bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
