3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, sugars, soda, salt, eggs and vanilla well. Add flour and oats. Spread dough in jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. Spread on an additional 3/4 cup peanut butter immediately upon removing from oven. After cooled, frost with chocolate butter frosting.

Chocolate Butter Frosting:
1/3 c. soft butter 2 -3 TB cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar 2 TB milk
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
