1 mugful of self-rising flour
1 mugful of milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp turbanado sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a large bowl and gently whisk together. Add milk to bowl and whisk until smooth.

Using a 1/3 c measuring cup, pour batter onto hot, greased griddle. Cook 3-4 min, flip when bubbles form and cook another 2-3 min.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
