2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 TB dry yeast
2 beaten eggs
7 c. flour
4 TB oil
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, salt & yeast. Allow to sit until bubbly. Add eggs, 3 cups flour and 4 TB oil. Mix well. Add the remaining 4 cups of flour. Add more flour if necessary to make a nice dough. Put in a covered container and allow to raise 2 hours. Punch down and raise again. Roll out with rolling pin to biscuit-like thickness. Cut with round cookie cutter and lay vertically in pan, side by side. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Butter top while still hot.
