Graham crackers
1 pkg. Vanilla pudding & pie filling (6 serving size)
2 ½ c. milk
2 c. whipping cream (whipped)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (I use real vanilla – w/ no reduction)
1 c. icing sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
2 squares of semisweet chocolate
2 tsp. butter of margarine

Directions:

1. Line 9x13” ungreased pan with whole graham crackers, trimming to fit.
2. Cook pudding w/ milk as directed on package using 2 ½ c. milk. Allow to cool. Spread over crackers in pan.
3. Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Spread over pudding.
4. Put on another layer of whole graham crackers, trimming to fit.
5. Mix icing sugar and milk together well. Add more sugar or milk if needed to make a fairly runny glaze. Spread over cracker layer.
6. Melt chocolate with butter over hot water. Drizzle over top. Chill. Let stand overnight before serving. Cut into 15 pieces.
