2 1/4 cups flour
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Add sugar and continue beating on high for 2 minutes. Beat in the Nutella. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir until well-combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide dough into 2 or 3 logs with well-floured hands and arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press logs into rectangles roughly 1/2 inch high. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes. Remove logs from oven and turn oven temperature down to 300º. Using a serrated knife, cut logs into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on baking sheets and return to the oven. Bake again for 10 to 12 minutes, turn over biscotti and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices.

I have always loved Nutella Hazelnut Spread, so when I saw this recipe I couldn't wait to try it. The Nutella made them chocolicious and more moist than traditional biscotti. The hint of hazelnut just seemed to add to their rich, nutty flavor. I can't think of a more perfect combination!
