10 potatoes or 1 1/2 bags frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sour cream
2 TB dried onion (or 1/4 c. fresh onion)
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water. Cool, peel and grate. Mix soup, butter, sour cream, onion and cheese together. Pour over grated potatoes and mix lightly. Put in greased 9x13" dish. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Bake 30 minutes at 350º uncovered. Note: May be made before and refrigerated until used. May need to bake longer until warmed through.
