Ingredients:  
1 - 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 - can of ready made chili
1-2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese in a shallow baking dish (glass pie pan works well).
Spread chili over the top of the cream cheese.
Cover with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly or microwave on high for 5 min.

Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.
