1 1/2 to 2 c. ice water
1 1/2 c. nonfat milk powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 trays of ice cubes
2 tbsp. oil
Cooking spray (5 second spray for lubricating ingredients)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender, including oil and spray. Use less water for thicker milk shakes and more water for shakes that are easy on the blender motor. The blender should be 3/4 full. Place lid on blender. Process for a full 2 minutes. Pour into cups and serve.
Makes four 12 oz. servings.
