Ingredients:  
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dried onion or 2 tbsp. fresh chopped onion
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pot add all ingredients except half and half. Simmer for 1 hour. Run through blender until smooth. Carefully heat half and half until hot - do not scorch. Once heated, add to soup and serve.
