1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white sugar (if you use brown sugar, it will taste like caramel corn)
1/2 cup popcorn seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil and sugar to kettle on low heat. Stir until sugar is mostly dissolved. Add popcorn seeds. Cook on high heat until almost all popcorn has popped and there is 1-2 seconds between pops. Dump kettle corn into a large bowl and salt, as desired.

Keeps well in a Ziploc bag up to 3 days.
