1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup bananas, mashed
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degree F.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in flour and baking soda. Bake approx. 45 minutes or until the middle is firm.

Makes: 1 loaf (recipe easily doubles to make 2 loaves at one time)

This bread is so simple to make. It is great to give as gifts or freeze for later. To freeze, just wrap in a couple layers of plastic wrap or place in a Ziploc bag and remove air before freezing.
