Sauce:
1 pound ground beef, cooked & drained
1 onion diced
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large can Contadina tomato puree
1 small can Contadina tomato paste plus one can water
1-2 cups red wine
salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley to taste

Filling:
1- 1 1/2 pounds Ricotta cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef; add onion and mushrooms.
2. Add remaining sauce ingredients.
3. Simmer sauce very low at least two hours.
4. Boil 14-16 lasagna noodles in water with a little oil in it till just done
(8-10 minutes), Drain and set aside.
5. Spray large casserole pan with Pam.
6. Layer about four layers in pan: Sauce, noodles, cheese filing, sauce, noodles, cheese filling, etc.
7. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
