Dry Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 cups raisins

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together; set aside. Wet Ingredients: Beat all ingredients together with a hand mixer until fluffy. Stir the flour mixture into the butter/sugar mixture until well-incorporated. Add the oats and raisins; mix well. Fill a medium cookie scoop and press it against the side of the bowl, pulling up to level dough. Drop 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden.
