6 chicken breasts
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 cream of chicken soup
1 small sour cream
1 can diced water chestnuts
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken breasts and cut them into fairly small cubes
Mix the soups, sour cream, chopped chicken, and water chestnuts together.
Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and spread in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Pour the above ingredients over the crushed crackers.
Sprinkle second sleeve of Ritz crackers over the top of everything.
Melt butter and drizzle over the second sleeve of Ritz crackers.

Bake at 350º 45 minutes.

This recipe was given to me by my dear friend, Dollye Ward, from Wrens, GA. It's very similar to another chicken casserole recipe that has Chinese Rice Noodles sprinkled over the top. I think I like this one better because the noodles don't hold up for reheating leftovers.
