Gramma Marion's Cheese Pie Recipe

11 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon grated rind
1 teaspoon vanilla

10-15 double graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter (1 cube)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 ounces walnuts or pecans, crushed

1 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put crust ingredients into a baggie and crush with rolling pin. Pack into 9 pie tin with back of spoon.
3. Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake 30-35 minutes.
4. Take out and let sit 10 minutes while you mix topping ingredients.
5. Spread topping on top of filling and bake 10 more minutes.
6. Chill in the freezer for two hours.

Another version of this recipe in my Family Cookbook says bake at 325 for 20 minutes then turn down to 275.

Joy has made this many times more than I have and I think she has come up with her own variations.
