4 cups tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ cup honey
¾ cup graham crackers, crumbled
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Visualize yourself in glowing, radiant health as you peel and slice the apples, squeeze the juice and crush the graham crackers.
3. Place apples in a 9 X 9 baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over and mix.
4. Pour the honey over and mix. (If the apples are very tart, use less lemon and more honey).
5. Combine the crumbled graham crackers with the melted butter and cinnamon.
6. Sprinkle over the top of the apples.
7. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
