Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 5oz. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups butternut squash, cooked and mashed

Topping:
1/2 cup dry oatmeal, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the filling ingredients together. It will be very thin. Pour into a 11x7 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
