Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Kellogg's herb-seasoned croutons
(any pre-seasoned cubed style stuffing mix works)
1 package Pepperidge Farms herb-seasoned stuffing
(this is the tiny pieces)
3 cups broth (use chicken or vegetarian bouillon)
1 cup melted butter (use real butter)
2+ cups chopped onion
2+ cups chopped celery
2+ cups (about ¼ pound) chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using a large soup-type pan, sauté the onion, celery and mushrooms in the melted butter.
2. Add the broth; heat until simmering, then add the breading. I like lots of vegetables in mine. You'll get a feel for the proportions you like as you mix it up.
