3 pounds Alaska cod fillets thawed if necessary
2 cup onion chopped
2 cup zucchini chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
½ cup oil
1 quart crushed tomatoes
2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon basil crushed
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cod into large chunks.
Saute onion, zucchini, and garlic in oil in a large pot for about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato juice and seasonings.
Bring to simmer and cook about 10 minutes.
Add cod, bring to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes, until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Adjust seasoning.
