Onions
Garlic
Carrots
Salt
optional: curry powder, or dill
Veggie broth
Brown sugar or maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic. Add sliced carrots and cook until softened.

Add salt (or optional curry powder or dill)

Slowly add veggie broth.

Simmer for a while, then puree.

Add brown sugar or maple syrup.

Serve with a scoop of sour cream.
