1 pint milk
1/2 cup minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, tapioca, salt and maple syrup for 15 minutes in a double boiler. Stir frequently. Add beaten egg yolk and cook 3 minutes more. Stirring well. Cool partly and add walnuts. Fold in the well beaten egg white. Serve cold in tall sherbet glasses and top with whipped cream and whole nut.
