3/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, maple syrup and water until it will thread. Pour over beaten egg white to which the salt has been added. Beat until cool.
