3 T. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1 T. butter
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 T. lemon juice or mild vinegar
2 c. prune juice in which prunes were cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cornstarch and sugar with the cold prune juice and vinegar. Cook until thick. Add the butter and nutmeg. Serve hot with prune pudding.
