1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 large can kidney beans
1 can fat-free re-fried beans
1 can Mexican Style chili beans
16 ounce can corn
16 ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water
small can chopped chilies
1 package taco seasoning
1 package Hidden Valley dry mix (not buttermilk)

Directions:

Brown beef and onions, add all other ingredients and cook for about 1 hour. Can be frozen.
