4 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup French dressing
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add potatoes, French dressing, butter, celery and onion; toss lightly and set aside. In a small bowl, add mustard, pepper, sweet relish, eggs and salt into sour cream; mix well. Add to potatoes; toss well. Chill before serving.

This potato salad recipe is very old. The dressing is a combination of sour cream and French dressing, instead of just plain mayonnaise.
