4 Eggs
2 C Sugar
1 C Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 C Sour Cream
2 C fresh Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 400º for 20 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. While beating slowly pour in oil and add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients alternating with sour cream to egg mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
