2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups raisins
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grind raisins in meat grinder. Dissolve soda in buttermilk. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add cinnamon, eggs, buttermilk mixture and ground raisins. Mix well. Add flour. Chill dough before rolling thin 1/8". Cut with cookie cutter place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º for 7 minutes. Watch closely last few minutes, cookies burn easily.
