1 c. warm water
2 TB sugar
1 TB dry yeast
3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. instant dry milk
1/2 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Cut in shortening. Add yeast/water mixture. Mix until moistened. Cover and allow to rise 20 minutes. Roll out about 1/2" thick and cut. Place on greased baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Cover, let rise 20 minutes (more won't hurt). Bake at 425º for 10 -15 minutes.

If using with the Tuna Biscuits recipe you can allow it to rise the recommended times, or just add it to the recipe after cutting out the biscuits.
