3 pounds green beans
1 cup pecans toasted
2 tablespoons margarine
to taste salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green beans in rapidly boiling salted water until cooked but still crisp.
Remove beans from water and immediately plunge them into ice water to stop the
cooking and set the color. Drain when cold.
Heat margarine in pan, add beans and pecans, season and cook until heated through.
