2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons capers chopped
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
1 teaspoon oregano chopped
1 tablespoon chives chopped
1 tablespoon dill pickle chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced fine
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
½ teaspoon paprika
