4 Lb. Bottom Round Roast, cubed in 1 " cubes
2 Beef Bullion Cubes
3 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
1 lrg beef soup bone
3 Tbsp. Paprika
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
water to cover.
flour to thicken

Cube beef into 1 in. cubes,
In a large pot, put 1 tsp of olive oil, bring up heat and add all beef and stir. You will have liquid come out of beef, and keep cooking until it is almost gone, then add Tomato sauce, bullion, paprika, soup bone, onion and seasonings. Add water to just cover, bring back to a light boil and let simmer, covered for 45 min. Once beef is fork tender, make a water/flour paste and thicken gravy, let cook 10 min.

Serve over boiled potatoes and boiled carrots traditionally.
My family prefers it served over boiled carrots and browned spaezle.
