1 lb ground chuck
1 lb pork sausage
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 eggs
1/4 c crushed Sugar Crisp cereal
1/4 c plain bread crumbs
1/2 c milk
2 packages Brown Gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, pork sausage, onion soup mix and eggs. Mix well.

In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with crushed Sugar Crisp cereal, add enough milk to make the crumbs into a paste.

Mix all ingredients together and make into 1 inch meatballs.

Brown the meatballs in oil (2 inches), a few at a time, and place into a baking pan.

Prepare the brown gravy mix as instructed on package. Pour over meatballs.

Cover with foil and cook in oven for 1 hour at 325ºF.
