1 cup bisquick
1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 eggs beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all ingredients together, spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Put egg mixture evenly into 12 muffin tins, bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
