3 pounds tilapia or other firm white fish
¼ cup oil
2 each limes juiced
2 tablespoons chili powder or to taste
1 each jalapeno chile pepper seeded and minced
½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
24 each corn tortillas 6-inch size
1 pound cabbage finely shredded
1 each red onion julienned
½ cup sour cream or as needed
½ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Directions:

Combine oil, lime juice, chili powder, 1/2 cup of the fresh cilantro and pour over the fish, marinate
covered, in the refrigerator about 1 hour. Drain and discard marinade.
Grill or roast fish until barely done (145 degrees internal temperature for 15 seconds).
To assemble tacos: warm 2 corn tortillas on griddle or grill, placed about 2 ounces of cooked fish
on each taco, top each with about 1 ounce of shredded cabbage, 1/2 ounce of onion, and a little
chopped cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream and chipotle tomato sauce
