Make a brownie batch (from box or scratch - I made them from a box)
A jar of caramel ice cream topping (I used Kroger caramel) and drizzle over top.
Take knife and make small cuts through batter to encourage caramel to sink into batter.
Sprinkle chocolate chips (about a half bag) on top all over.

Bake as directed from brownie box or brownie recipe.
