French Onion Dip Chicken Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp. water
1/2 - 1 cup french onion dip (Helluva of course)

Hot cooked brown rice for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet and add chicken, browning on both sides
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
3. Add wine. Cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is tender
4. Remove chicken to plate and cover with foil to keep warm
5. Add water to skillet, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan
6. Stir in onion dip until well blended
7. To serve, arrange chicken on hot cooked rice and pour sauce over all.
