2 Avocados Peeled and Pitted
1 Med Onion finely chopped
2 Green Chili Peppers finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Ascorbic Acid Mixture
1 Med Tomato Peeled and finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Coarse Pepper
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat avocados, onion, peppers, lemon juice, salt, pepper and ascorbic acid mixture until creamy. Fold in tomato. Cover and refrigerate.

Stir before serving.
