1 lg. Cauliflower, chopped into 1/2" cubes
1 1/2 Mayonaise
1/2 C Sour Cream
3 T Dijonnaise
1/2 env. Ranch Dressing Mix
2 T Liquid Creamer
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
2 Celery Stalks, diced
1 C Onion, diced
1/4 C Chives, chopped
3 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Dill
2 T Parsley, fresh & chopped
Paprika to garnish.

1. Microwave Cauliflower in 1/4 C water.
2. Drain and reserve 2 C, place remaining cauliflower into large bowl.
3. Place the reserved 2 C cauliflower into blender, add next 6 ingredients and pulse to blend. Set aside.
4. Add remaining ingredients to bowl with cauliflower.
5. Mix and add mix from blender, stir to coat.
6. Refrigerate, garnish with paprika and some parsley sprigs.
