3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
1 3 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir into sugar mixture. Mix in zucchini,. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. To make frosting, blend together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar until blended. Spread over bars.
