1st Layer
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1stick butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2nd Layer
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cool whip
3rd Layer
3 cups cold milk
1 pkg. Pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
4th Layer
Cool Whip

Mix together 1st layer ingredients, place in greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Mix together 2nd layer and put on the cooled crust. Mix together 3rd layer, add on top of cream cheese layer. Finally top with about 8 oz. cool whip.

You can use other flavors of pudding, the butter pecan is really good, especially if you use pecans in the 1st layer. I also think that mom made this with 2 boxes of the pistachio, not 1 pistachio and 1 vanilla.
