1 ¼ c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 TB sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 TB salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake on a greased hot griddle (350 degrees). Makes 12 dollar size pancakes or 8 - 4 inch pancakes.
