Cheesecake:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
½ cup lemon jello
½ cup water

Crust:
1 package graham crackers
1/3 cup melted butter
2 TB powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put evaporated milk in bowl and put in freezer until edges are frozen. Cream sugar and cream cheese together – put aside. Combine Jello and boiling water until dissolved – cool. Whip evaporated milk and mix with cream cheese and Jello. Pour on top of pre-made crust.

To make crust: Crush graham crackers. Add powdered sugar. Pour in melted butter and press into 9x12 inch pan.
