2 cups popped popcorn
2 cups Frosted Cheerios
3/4 cup pecans or peanuts
1 1/2 cups plain m&m's
1 (10 oz) bag pretzel sticks or twists
1 Tbsp oil
1 (12 oz) pkg white chocolate chips
1/2 pkg Toffee Bits

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Melt chips with oil, melt for 1 minute (check often) in microwave. Stir in the toffee bits. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Spread out on jelly roll pan to set. Store in air tight container.
