Potatoes (cut up)
1 onion, cut fine
1 tsp. salt
pepper
bacon, cut fine (about 6 slices)
1 scant tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Add onions, salt and pepper to potatoes.

Fry bacon light brown.

Stir in flour, then add half water, vinegar, and sugar.

Boil up. Then pour hot over potatoes.
