1 box Crispix cereal
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white Karo Syrup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups cashews
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large bowl with PAM. Mix Crispix and cashews.
Bring butter, syrup and brown sugar to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda(will get foamy).
Pour over Crispix mix. Stir well.
Put in clean paper bag sprayed with PAM and microwave for 2 minutes stir and micorwave 2 minutes longer.
Pour on brown paper bag to cool.
OR (I like to use oven)
Spray jelly roll pan with PAM. Put coated mix evenly on pan and bake for 20 minutes at 200º. Stir and put on brown paper to cool.
