2- cups flour
1/2- cup milk
1- egg
1/2- tsp. salt
1- cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4- cup sugar
1/4- cup butter or margarine
2- tsp. baking soda
1/2- tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1/2-cup sugar
1/3- cup flour
1/2- tsp. cinnamon
1/2- tsp. nutmeg
1/2- cup butter or margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350º
In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except blueberries
Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often,until well mixed 1 to2 minutes
By hand, fold blueberries into batter
Spread into floured 9" square baking pan
In small bowl stir together all topping ingredients (except butter)
Cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over batter
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
